SAP remind me of Microsoft circa 1999

Only this time they are suffering themselves. If tradition is respected, the merged data will never work properly, or better yet, it will be promised to work at a level not considered intolerable by "phase 2" While customers who do not have any other alternative just put up with the inconvenience, "phase 2" never arrives.

Oh, by the way, importing closed cases was moved to phase 2 , which is not going to happen until phase 1 "stabilization" is done.

The only thing missing here is a 3rd party big consulting firm becoming richer by making SAP pay for junior entry level college graduates disguised as SAP consultants.... oh well,....

When Oracle bought Hyperion, the integration was flawless. The product is now getting better thanks to a decent set of management who actually listen to customers. SAP is shit.

SAP must strictly apply thier corporate design standards even to internal systems then.
