Citrix's strong Q1

Citrix's turnaround plan looks like it is working.

The company reported its first quarter results today, with revenue of US$826 million representing year-on-year growth of nine per cent. Profit was $83m. Both figures exceeded expectations. No wonder the company's shares jumped 5.7 per cent on the news.

“The progress we made in refocusing the company - simplifying our portfolio and sharpening our message – is starting to pay off," said CEO Kirill Tatarinov. ®
