Easy man Stelios to float cybercafes
QXL still knocking down the price it'll pay for Ricardo
Stelios Haji-Ioannou - the owner of a chain of cybercafes among other Easy things - is looking to float EasyEverything next year, according to the Guardian.
The dotcom business is valued at £100 million and could have as many as 20 cybercafes by the end of the year. Stelios is set to float his low-cost airline, EasyJet, in the autumn.
QXL.com wants to cut between 15 and 25 per cent off the price it offered to buy German auction house Ricardo.com, today's
FTreports. Ricardo is reported to have resisted the offer, and a decision of whether or not the deal will go through is expected today or tomorrow.
