Memory Plus has been bought via a management buyout for £800,000 cash.
The MBO from former parent company Torridon was headed by Jon Blows, previously general manager and now MD of Memory Plus.
The move, said to be a "friendly" MBO, has been underwritten by Euro Sales Finance (ESF). It ends five-months of discussion between the ex-Memory Plus management and execs at Torridon.
Dave Flack, marketing director of Memory Plus, which provides memory upgrades to resellers, said it would be business as usual at the Swindon-based business. ®
