The best election site we've found
Almost makes the whole thing bearable
There have been a fair few election sites set up for this period of collective madness, but so far the winner's rosette has to go to Spinon.co.uk.
This is a cracking satirical site. And not only that but it pumps out loads of copy every day, not to mention a huge array of entertaining games. Today's special is the lie-detector game.
What about the site's own election posters? Ann Widdecombe features in one. "Vote Labour. Or next time she's naked". A Conservative poster: "You paid the tax. So where are the trains?" To which the answer is: "You sold them all."
Then there's Bruiser Prescott's new transport policy: an animated Flash movie in which Prezza stars as a ticket collector. Bashing poor train travellers unconscious. The Fat Controller loses control.
What else? Well, there's Blend MPs, which is worth a quick go. Alasdair Campbell's battle plan to avoid Tony's embarrassment at actually been quizzed by a voter.
It goes on and on. Highly recommended. ®
