Reg reader quits in quest for ‘journalistic truth’

Thomas C. Greene to blame, apparently

Code Red Tribulation is nigh, Steve Gibson warns

Newly married US Reg hack Thomas C. Greene has attracted more than his fair share of criticism over his rants regarding Steve Gibson. And his latest article is no exception.

Reader Brian L Johnson seems to have reached the end of his tether on this one:

I am cancelling my subscription because of The Register's association with Thomas C Greene and his continuing unwarranted vendetta against Steve Gibson.

Furthermore, whenever the opportunity arises in newsgroups and the like, I shall be advising everyone that 'The Register' - which used to be on a par with 'Punch' and 'Private Eye' - has now sunk to the level of 'National Enquirer'. In other words, mildly diverting if you're in the mood for a chuckle, but of little use if you're after any kind journalistic truth.

Such a shame.

We don't know where he got his subscription from. You don't need one for the Reg.
