InTechnology gets NAS from IBM
Rounds off storage profile
IBM gave non-exclusive distribution rights to InTechnology for its Network Attached Storage (NAS) products in the UK yesterday.
IBM believes NAS to be a huge opportunity and offered figures of 40 to 50 per cent growth per annum, compared to flat growth in the Directly Attached Storage (DAS) market (in its opinion).
InTechnology already offers a wide portfolio of storage networking products from IBM. It also provides storage kit from Compaq, Sun, Veritas and others to its channel. The company describes itself as a provider of "Advanced Data Technology Services" and claims to supply over £30 million of storage sales a year. ®
