High Velocity Networks Web host outfit goes titsup
Oh dear
Wiltshire-based Intensive Networks Ltd - which trades as High Velocity Networks and provides Web hosting for small business - has gone tits up.
The company is being placed into liquidation and will cease providing a service for its 500 or so business punters from May 9.
In a bid to minimise disruption the company is advising its customers to transfer their Web hosting to business ISP Business Serve.
In a statement on High Velocity's Web site Michael Carr writes: "To avoid any disruption, we have entered into an agreement with Business Serve Plc who is in a position, and has agreed, to offer a continuation of service to all our customers.
"In addition, I have agreed to work with Business Serve for a limited period, to ensure that there is no loss of service for any customer during this transition and to assist in a smooth hand over," he wrote.
Mr Carr was not available for comment at the time of writing. ®
