iSoft CTO quits

Mutual agreement and pay-off

Troubled healthcare provider iSoft is saying goodbye to Ravi Kumar, its chief technology officer.

Kumar leaves by mutual consent and trousers a £250,000 payoff plus benefits, according to The Times.

A statement on iSoft's website says Kumar will not be replaced because the company is focusing on "product delivery for the next two to three years".

Kumar was part of the original management team when iSoft was spun out of KPMG's healthcare division.
