Night of the Living RegisterFly: Randy Travis concert in jeopardy

'I am praying that God will show his might at this 11th hour'

A reviled domain registrar given up for dead has allegedly risen from its ethereous hell to devour a church website selling tickets to this Sunday's Randy Travis concert in Mandeville, Louisiana, according to The North Shore View. Smote down by ICANN, and stripped of its accreditation, the domain registrar had largely faded from view after a California court ordered a mass data transfer to GoDaddy.com.

The presumed RegisterFly sighting occurred Wednesday morning near Lake Pontchartrain, when horrified churchgoers and Randy Travis fans awoke to discover that the Cornerstone Church website had been hijacked by a domain name registration company allegedly operating as RegisterFly.com, Cornerstone Pastor Doug Gilford revealed. RegisterFly zombie menace hordes are no doubt in its treacherous wake.

"It is a travesty to have such a great opportunity as the Randy Travis concert thwarted by a company's total disregard for others. I am praying that God will show his might at this 11th hour for us," Pastor Gilford said.

He most assuredly is not alone.

There are those, of course, who believe that Mr. Travis was spawned in a hell of his own, but that is a story for another day. Dispirited churchgoers and Randy Travis followers will be pleased to know that the church has a new site up and running, with tickets aplenty.®
