Spanish cheesemaker launches ovine Lolitas initiative
Adopt-a-lamb webcam plan
Spanish cheesemaker Quesería Artesanal de Sacramenia is offering aficionados of underage ovines the chance to adopt their very own lovely little lamb as part of its My Linda Ovejita initiative.
In return for stumping as little as €6 a month, godparents can name their lamb and get snaps of it, plus exclusive access to live webcams showing just what's going on in the lambery. If they decide to invest extra cash, sheep-lovers can enjoy discounts on home-made products such as cheese and yoghurt.
However, before those of you who fancy a nice bit of lamb go running for your credit cards, Sacramenia requires wannabe remote godparents to provide a Spanish ID card number, presumably to keep international ovinophiles from hanging around the webcams. ®

A large jar of mint sauce to Chris Winpenny for the tip-off. Oh yes, the first person to post a comment containing either of the keywords "Welsh" or "wellingtons", is banned from El Reg for the traditional month.
