This morning's Scottish Sun held the front page with an "exclusive" detailing how a couple used an iPhone application to help them conceive.
Disappointingly, the app used wasn't measuring sexual performance, nor did the couple turn to a little light phone-based porn to get them into the mood. The Free Menstrual Calendar keeps track of ovulation times - counting the days for couples lacking the mathematical ability to do the same manually.
The Apple-assisted parents Lena and Dudley Bryce reported themselves "delighted", with Dudley adding that he was "over the moon". Fortunately the couple decided to call their new baby girl Lola, rather than going the Martin-Paltrow child-naming route in tribute to the wondrous gadget without which conception would have been impossible.
"We were considering IVF or adoption. But Dudley gave me the iPhone for my birthday and I downloaded the app," Lena told the Sun.
We wish the family every happiness, and eagerly await reports of the first young man to learn what boobies are via the educational iBoob app. ®
