Review This is the second cheapest touchscreen model, but you would never have guessed by its looks or design. It’s sleek, feels reassuringly solid and sports a rather nifty sliding lens cover, which turns the camera on or off.
It also includes Fujifilm’s Super CCD EXR sensor and a 5x optical zoom, although, disappointingly, not a particularly wide-angle lens. There are only three control buttons – for shutter, zoom and shoot/playback mode.
You certainly don’t lack for choice when it comes to shooting options. The EXR auto mode does all the thinking for you, but there are another three EXR modes. And if that’s not enough, you can opt for bog standard auto mode, 15 scene modes, manual mode (in reality, Program AE), plus several more, including HD movie recording.
