Orange offers HTC Desire sequel
Gingerbread confection available with Orange icing
Orange will be offering HTC's Desire S smartphone any day now, the network operator said today.
The Android 2.3 Gingerbread-running handset - which Reg Hardware reviewed this week - will be available on a range of pay-monthly plans. The phone costs nothing if it's acquired alongside a £35-a-month or pricier package.
The Desire S is equipped with a 3.7in touchscreen display, 5Mp camera on the back, 1GB of memory and a slot for the bundled 8GB Micro SD card.
Orange has pre-loaded the handset with its Mail and Maps apps.
The HTC Desire S will be available from Orange shops and the Orange website. ®
