Huawei gets charged with juicy Android handset
Three-day battery life, anyone?
Huawei has bumped up the battery life with its latest Android smartphone, unveiling an energetic handset which'll keep running for up to three days.
The Huawei Honour runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread on a 1.4GHz processor. It packs a 4in capacitive touchscreen and comes with with an 8Mp rear-facing camera and a 2Mp webcam, as well as DLNA capabilities.
But its all about the battery life here, the phone featuring a 1900mAh juicebox which gifts owners up to three days use from a single charge, Huawei claimed. This is apparently the longest battery life of any smartphone with a 4in screen.
The Huawei Honour will touch down in the UK sometime during 2012, with exact pricing and availability to be set at a later date. ®
