Wotif get ad serving smarts from Webfirm

DIY digital ad platforms

Online travel group Wotif has struck a commercial deal with ASX-listed digital media solutions company Webfirm to implement its Adslot end-to-end self-serve display sales platform.

The Adslot self-serve platform will enable advertisers, which include 19,000 properties, to buy, build and serve display advertising campaigns on wotif.com.

Webfirm, which is backed by Hitwise founders Andrew Barlow and Adrian Giles, went on a digital marketing spree over the last two years, acquiring the Adslot business and ad server company Adimise and developing associated products.

Adslot already provides display advertising automation solutions to online classifieds publishers in property, automotive and accommodation across three countries.

“Wotif is a recognised world-leader and innovator in one of the fastest growing online sectors. We are excited to be working with yet another classifieds market leader and look forward to playing a key role in building wotif.com’s display advertising revenue,” Webfirm CEO Barlow said. ®
