Kinect gives Skyrim fans something to shout about
Dragons, talk to me
The Elder Scrolls V is set to support Microsoft's Kinect for Xbox 360, meaning Dragonborn fans can take control of their Skyrim experience through voice and gesture control.
The update lets users yell dragon shouts, command followers and control hotkeys, as well navigate that inconvenient UI menu with ease.
A full list of over 200 voice commands and controls for the Skyrim Kinect experience, as well as additional content, will be revealed in the coming weeks. For now, though, have a ganders at the promo video below:
Unfortunately, Bethesda has only introduced Xbox 360 support for the motion-controlled platform, leaving PC enthusiasts to code their own DIY versions of Skyrim Kinect.
Still, if you're busy pickpocketing the oblivious crowds of Riften through your Xbox and wanted an added challenge, why not tire yourself out trying to do it through Kinect? The update rolls out later this month. ®
