Customers have complained at not having access to their emails and websites from domain names and web hosting company Freeparking for over a week, due to a migration issue.
Customer Sean Osguthorpe said: "I have been without some of mine since the 25th May and every helpdesk request I send is ignored."
The service is currently rated as one star on review site Serchen.
One reviewer said: "My experience has been like all the others. I have no website and no email. It's appalling service... actually its no service at all! They obviously have serious issues and can't be bothered to tell us..."
Many other customers took to Twitter to complain. One tweeted: "Due to poor service from @freeparking please contact me on... Cannot receive email on my work account atm. Sorry."

Freeparking said in a statement most of the issues have been resolved. Yesterday it said:
Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We really value your business and are doing our best to support all our customers.
As you may be aware; there have been a few post-migration issues, but most of these have been resolved. However, because of the huge backlog of tickets we may not get around quickly enough to answer all of them.
Please Note: We will respond to ALL tickets eventually.
Paul Lomax, chief executive of the company, said that for the vast majority of customers the changeover has been seemless. He said there were currently 2,100 outstanding support requests related to customers who had not kept their details up to date. The company has 200,000 customers.
"It is of course regrettable that any customers have experienced downtime due to the migration and to those customers we offer our sincere apologies. We are working hard to communicate to them the new settings they need to use for their email and other services," he said. ®
