Gridstore sacked CEO

Gridstore fired its CEO because board wanted company to grow faster.

Hyper-converged appliance startup Gridstore has explained that it fired its CEO after he mysteriously left the firm in February.

An email from the company said: "Gridstore closed out a record year in 2015 in both revenue and customer acquisition and launched 2016 with a new round of investment. In order to manage the companies' hyper growth, the board has decided that new CEO with experience in managing a fast-growing company is needed. A search for a new CEO is underway, meanwhile Kelly Murphy, Founder and CTO is interim CEO." ®
