Apple delays Q2 earnings

We'll have to wait an extra day to find out how rich Apple is.

Cook & Co have pushed back their scheduled earnings call a day, telling investors that Apple's Q2 2016 report will take place on April 26 at 2pm PDT, rather than the originally scheduled April 25. The delay is reportedly being made to observe a scheduled memorial service for former Apple exec and board member Bill Campbell.

Q2 is not typically a huge financial quarter for Apple, compared to the more lucrative Q4 (back to school) and Q1 (holiday season) periods. ®
