MS Paint re-born in 3D

Twitter account @walkingcat has unearthed what look like Microsoft videos describing a new version of its Paint program.

The headline features are pen and touch support plus the ability to create 3D images.

The new Paint will be a Universal Windows App, so will run on almost anything with Windows.

Microsoft has let it be known it plans to reveal new Surface hardware on October 26th. It's expected the new Paint will be a part of that launch. ®
