Events We're chuffed, delighted and excited to announce that our first keynote for Continuous Lifecycle will be Agile development pioneer Dr Linda Rising.
And if having Linda set the tone for the conference wasn't enough, she will also be running an exclusive workshop at the event.
Linda's career has spanned the worlds of academia, teaching both maths and computer science, and industries including telecommunications and avionics.
Linda has a PhD from Arizona State University in the field of object-based design metrics, and her work on patterns in software, architecture and organisational change has laid the foundations of the scrum and agile approaches which revolutionised software development and deployment.
And if you want to know more about her work on organisational change, and suspect your tool kit needs more than PowerPoint, then you'll want to attend Linda's workshop on Influence Strategies for Practitioners.
In this all-day tutorial, Linda will share "influence strategies that you can use to more effectively convince others to see things your way" that will augment the "logical left-brain techniques" on which most of the software world relies.
And if that's not enough, there's still time to ensure that you're not just an attendee at Continuous Lifecycle London, but that you're on the agenda yourself.
That's because our call for papers is due to finish today, meaning you still have time to craft your proposal. If you've done amazing things around software development and deployment, testing and QA, containers, DevOps and Agile, we'd love to hear from you.
You can get full details on the call for papers here. ®
