Identify and act on high-risk devices – faster

Promo Not so very long ago, an office network was just that – in an office, connected to a bunch of servers in the cupboard next to the team room.

But the typical company today has to tie together critical systems, company devices and guest devices dialing in from remote networks. And then there are the edge computing cases to consider, where the corporate mothership needs to speak to, maintain and protect multiple IoT sensors, often in hard to reach or inconvenient locations.

And the mothership itself can be anything from a co-located data centre service to an entirely cloud-based virtual server.

The corporate network, basically, is now a hugely complex network of extended networks. And now you’re all working from home. Help?

Forescout Technologies, the leading device visibility and control vendor, hears you. On Tuesday, May 12, 10.30 to 13.15 CET, the company is running a half-day virtual event to tackle key factors in securing high-risk devices on modern corporate networks.

The Forescout Cybersecurity Vision Live Event, entitled Identify and Act on High-Risk Devices – Faster, kicks off with a moderated keynote by Myles Bray, Vice President, EMEA sales, ForeScout Technologies, followed by a series of demo-led breakout sessions. Topics for the day include how to segment your network more effectively; and how to identify and secure high risk devices such as Internet of Things and operational technology (OT) systems.

The event rounds off with a multidisciplinary cast of Forescout executives and guest speakers, who will answer attendee questions via live chat. The roundtable members will discuss securing networks in 2020 and beyond, Zero Trust Networking, the impact of new technologies, and security challenges in a post-COVID-19 era.
