The commercial processes of 5G and optical networks in Latin America are accelerating, cloud services, telemedicine, and other applications are booming, data center investment continues to increase, and the strategic position of digital infrastructure is becoming increasingly prominent.
On the one hand, digitalization drives the demand for high-speed, reliable, green, and intelligent high-quality networks, and promotes the urgent need for efficient and low-carbon computing infrastructure. The construction speed, intelligence, and sustainability of these digital bases directly affect the construction of regional digital competitiveness. On the other hand, while promoting large-scale deployment of networks and computing power, operators also face new challenges such as acceleration of technology iteration, improvement of user expectation, and demands for green development.
The 2025 ZTE Global Services Ecosystem Forum (Brazil) is set to take place on November 17. On the eve of the event, Wang Zhao, Vice President of ZTE and Managing Director of Global Services in the European and American regions, said, "Amid the wave of global digital transformation, driven by the dual engines of " Connectivity + Computing", ZTE builds three capabilities in the network service field through digital and intelligent empowerment, green concept, and global ecosystem. Digital and Intelligent Empowerment: Building a New Pattern for Network Delivery and O&M in European and American Markets
In the field of network construction, ZTE has a fully digital intelligent network oriented to global services to improve digital and intelligent delivery efficiency. Through continuous upgrade and actual application of the iEPMS system, ZTE has shortened the average inspection period for quality work orders from 3 days to 25 minutes, reduced the period of customer signing acceptance documents by 25%, and the overall cloud delivery ratio is about 40%.
In the technical service field, ZTE builds the iTech intelligent service platform based on the ZTE-developed nebula communication model. In addition, the Global Cloud Delivery Center is established to provide various remote network services such as electronic engineering survey, commissioning and deployment, acceptance tests, and network O&M through end-to-end tools and digital delivery platforms. Since 2020, ZTE's cloud delivery model has provided online network delivery and intelligent O&M services for more than 120 operators in more than 60 countries and regions in Europe and America, truly achieving "instant satisfaction" and helping customers achieve agile response and business abilities.
In the field of intelligent O&M, through integrated management of complex networks and user experience based on the dual platforms of AIMind and VMAX, ZTE implements integrated and intelligent networks oriented to networks, services, and user experience, thus providing operators with digital, automated, and intelligent efficient O&M services, improving user satisfaction, and helping operators improve their operation.
At the supply chain level, through the strategic layout of regional supply centers in Chile and the Netherlands, ZTE has built an efficient supply chain network covering Latin America and Europe, achieving a logistics cycle of 3-5 days from Chile to Latin America and 2-3 days from the Netherlands to Europe. By relying on intelligent warehousing and scheduling, ZTE provides efficient delivery services, especially the rapid delivery of terminal products, and provides a solid guarantee for the continuous cultivation of cutting-edge markets in Europe and America.
Green Concept: Sustainable Practice in the Full Lifecycle of Network Delivery
Currently, greening has changed from "optional" to "mandatory" in network construction. Adhering to the concept of sustainable development, ZTE has integrated green technologies throughout the entire lifecycle of network delivery, from low-carbon site design and energy-saving technologies to intelligent energy management to build green delivery capabilities. In addition, through the collaboration between the regional supply center and localization, ZTE provides the green supply chain to achieve green and sustainable network delivery.
In Europe and America, this concept has been applied to multiple benchmark practices. For example, the ZTE-delivered zero-carbon site project in Germany integrates photovoltaic solar energy, Methanol fuel cells and lithium cells for energy storage, takes green, safe, and sustainable factors into full consideration, and uses the iEnergy intelligent energy management system to achieve multi-energy dynamic scheduling and achieve the best overall efficiency. This project won the 2025 China-Europe ESG Best Practices Award. In Brazil, ZTE has partnered with local operators to complete a large-scale green and energy-saving project. ZTE has deployed more than 20,000 lithium iron batteries to replace traditional lead-acid batteries, saving more than 40% of site space and achieving a 97% battery charging and discharging efficiency, thus helping customers save energy and reduce emissions. The project won the Green& Innovation Project Award in the 2024 Best Practice Soliciting of Sustainable Infrastructure Projects by Chinese International Contractors.

In Italy, ZTE and customers won the Ookla "fastest mobile data network", the PMI (China) Outstanding Project Award, IPMA Global Project Excellence Silver Award 2024, Green Supply Chain Award of the Engineering Chamber of Commerce 2025, establishing international delivery templates and serving as a bridge to the high-end market. In Brazil, the world's first SRV6 USID and FA low-latency slicing technology has been put into commercial use, helping customers maintain a leading position in the digital and intelligent era.
