AIOps is the practice of allowing machine learning tools to monitor enterprise IT systems, and then use generative AI to suggest useful automations to improve operations. AIOps tools can use assets created by generative AI - such as firewall rules, code, or scripts - to make changes to enterprise IT estates without manual work by humans.
